PRE-SCHEDULING/LEAD TIMES
Prescheduled orders ship 7 calender days from the day we receive the order. To pre-schedule an order, simply call us, preferably 10-14 days prior to your desired delivery date (more time is always helpful), and we will confirm a delivery date for you. Then provide us with finished door sizes a minimum of 7 days prior to that date, before 3:00 PM CST, and you will receive your order on time. If you are unable to pre-schedule, our normal lead times could extend to 14 days. Specialty doors with applied mouldings or rope may require additional lead time, we will inform you when the order is placed. Conditions such as holidays, severe weather, power outages, etc. can affect lead times. We will communicate this information to you should it have an effect on your order.

ORDERING PROCEDURE
Orders are accepted by phone, fax, mail, e-mail or in person. Fax orders are preferred. On-line ordering is coming soon. We will notify you when it becomes available. You can fax your order 24 hours/day. Upon receipt, your order will be reviewed and we will call you to confirm your information. Phone orders will be read back to you at the time you order them. Please listen carefully, for the read back will be your confirmation.

To order doors fill out the order forms completely. Make sure that all of your choices for design, panel profile, inside profile, etc. are indicated. List doors width by height in not less than 1/16" increments in the columns you have designated for each design. List drawer fronts width by length the way the grain runs, not the way they fit on the cabinet, in the column provided for them on the order form. Please write clearly and be sure to designate any special instructions, such as wide stile, 2 panel, HR or HL, etc... Changes are accepted until the time your order is placed in production. After that time new doors will have to be produced.
